REFUND POLICY
If you have received damaged goods, please contact Customer Support on 00353-12140077 with 48 hours of delivery. You will then be asked for your order number and to email pictures of the damaged goods to orders@waxpertswax.com
On inspection of damaged stock, you will then be refunded the goods value or replacement goods will be shipped to you immediately.
Faulty Goods: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email orders@waxpertswax.com with pictures of your faulty items.
Non-Faulty Goods: If you are unhappy with your unopened products and wish to return them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Waxperts Wax is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
Returns of non-faulty goods will be at the customer's expense and must be packaged securely and must include the customer's order number, name and address.
For hygiene reasons, goods can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and unopened.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will receive an email with the refund details. Refunds may take 5-10 working days to come back to the card you used to purchase the items.
IRELAND Shipping Returned Goods: To return your goods, you should send your product to the below address (this is not a drop off, your goods must be sent via a courier)

If you are shipping item(s) over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
