ORDERING ISSUES

If you are having difficulty completing your purchase or checking out it is because of the new banking security measures.

Our website is fully compliant and there are no issues from our end on checking out and completing your order.

It is something you will need to contact your bank about and here is the information you need.

Earlier this year SCA (strong Customer Authentication) was introduced by banks to make online banking even more secure.

This means when you shop online and go to complete a transaction you may need to authorise the transaction using an SCA compliant method. For most people this will mean receiving a push notification to your registered mobile phone to approve the transaction. 

To be able to shop online you need to:

1. Ensure your bank has the correct mobile number for you. You can call the bank on their number that is on the back of your credit or debit card.

2. Have you downloaded your banks app? You can do this by going to the App Store/ Play store.

If you don't receive a push notification this may be because 

- you have notifications turned off

- you are not using your primary security device
